login setups can enable and disable different levels of
access and security.

Room/Tape
Chart
All information on reservations, deposits, availability,
and In-house guests can be displayed from the room chart.
You may also start a new reservation from here or review
an existing one. Filter by room type and sort by either
room type or room number. Colors indicate room status for
each room.

Reservation Entry
Once you click on a room and arrival date from the room
chart, just enter the Guest and Payment information to finish
your new reservation. All reservation information will drive
a host of other views and reports for tracking deposits,
arrivals, and availability.

Guest
Information Lookup
The nice thing about the Guest lookup screen is the wealth
of information you can view. Search guest by last
name to view history, upcoming reservation detail and guest
notes. A great reference view for fast inquiry. Very popular
lookup feature.

Occupancy History Summary
Occupancy history levels over time help manage your
property in the future. This management report will alert
you to rate trends by unit number. Total Income by unit number
and date are very important for unit owner reporting.

Charts
and Graphs
Take advantage of many types of Charts and Graphs that will
enable you to spot trends of future revenues by room type
and help you make important business decisions and presentations.

Guest
Folios
The Folio billing program will allow you to view, insert,
or print guest folios at any time during their stay. Auto
pay balance button helps post balance due. The view reservation
check box displays a view of the original reservation.

Room
Availability Views
Total rooms available by Room Type for the month. Room inventory
detail by date gives the user information at a glance for
booking groups or to help forecast future availability levels
by room type. |
