Backup - Tape
External backup tape, Zip Drive, or CD R/W drives are all capable backup devices to successfully protect you GuestTracker data on a daily basis. Please keep all backup media secure and off-site. Internal backups of GuestTracker data are not recommended.

Support - Remote Support
is the remote communication software supported by TCS Software. Providing your server or 1 of the workstations on the network has an internet connection, TCS Software can connect remotely and support setup issues, training issues, and setup implementation issues.

Support - Internet Access
Internet Access through a local or regional provider of your choice allows you to setup an e-mail account and make use of our e-mail support system, as well as easy access to GuestTracker ftp updates on our Web-Site.

Network Configuration for GuestTracker Software
For multi-user configurations, TCS Software recommends an Ethernet Network, CAT 5 cabling, 5-10 port network hubs, and Ethernet network cards in each computer on the network. GuestTracker support Microsoft peer-to-peer networks and or Server/Client networks.
