How much does Guest Tracker cost?

Guest Tracker can be very affordable and offers high value for its price. Please feel free to contact us for a personalized quote. You’ll have all the necessary information and pricing quotes before you actually make the purchase. All you need to do is approve the quote and make the payment. You can also use our online form to build your own package.

Is the payment based on a one time fee model or do you offer subscription based payments options?

Both! Our Desktop version is a purchased software, which means you only have to pay a one time fee for it. Our Cloud based PMS is subscription based. TCS Software offers subscriptions for our Desktop On-Premise version as well.

What services are included with the software purchase?

Guest Tracker offers full software support. When you purchase Guest Tracker for the first time, you also receive support for software installation and initial setup. Guest Tracker support includes phone and email support, as well as emergency support 24/7. 

 

TCS also offers GoToAssist remote support. Our support services team can assist you with network setup issues, computer system requirements, and printer selections. Support includes the latest updates to your software version.

What support do users receive free and what do they have to purchase separately?

The startup and onboarding of a new Lodge or Campground to our Cloud is included in your startup costs. Ongoing support and services are part of your month-to-month service invoice. Support and services are required and are invoiced yearly. Support and services for your  Guest Tracker Campground Management Software includes phone & email Support, 24/7 emergency support, and routine software updates

How do I order add-on products?

There are two ways of adding enhancements/add-ons to your software. You can either contact us and our support team will assist, or you can build your own package on our Pricing page and request a quote.

Is the online booking engine commission-free?

The online booking engine is commission-free when purchasing the Enhanced version of Guest Tracker for either desktop or cloud.
