What are the minimum system requirements for Guest Tracker?

Most modern PCs and tablets are compatible with Guest Tracker. Contact our team for information on your specific system configurations.

Note: Our latest version 10.9 is designed for Windows 10, with a min. of 1920 x 1080 resolution.

 We have version   10.0 which is the same software, and is compatible with min resolution of   1366 x 768, and will run on Windows 7,8, and 10.

Are the software and integrations compatible with Macs/Apple Softwares?

Yes, our GT|Cloud PMS is browser based, which means that our campground reservation management software can run on Safari. All of our Guest Tracker GT|Cloud applications are browser based.

If you are interested in purchasing our desktop version of the campground software for a Mac, you will require Windows 10 Parallels or Dual Boot to run it.

Are the Payment Processing Units with the Point Of Sales Integration secure?

Our campground reservation software is fully integrated with and connected to Shift 4 Secure Payment Processing. Shift 4 supports your guests from the time they make a reservation, through check-in, and during check-out. Selecting a bank or processor with the most competitive rates, then setting up a new merchant account or gateway, can be a complicated process. What if I have trouble setting up or downloading the software?

If you are having trouble downloading our software, we can help you troubleshoot. Often a firewall or AntiVirus software blocks the download and asks if you trust the software requesting permission to download. Other AntiVirus softwares will require you to trust the source of the download. Windows 7/10 will warn you as well and request permission to trust the source of the download. If giving permissions to the software doesn’t work, please contact us and our support team will be more than happy to help.

Can we import data from our old management software to this one without any complications?

Our Systems programmers will assist with data imports from your current systems. We often assist in importing guest details. Importing reservations details depends on the legacy system and other technical compatibilities.

What’s the difference between “Get A Free Demo” and “Request A Free 30-Day Trial”?

Our 30 day trial provides you with the full working version of our latest software release. How much does Guest Tracker cost?

Guest Tracker can be very affordable and offers high value for its price. Please feel free to contact us for a personalized quote. You’ll have all the necessary information and pricing quotes before you actually make the purchase. All you need to do is approve the quote and make the payment. You can also use our online form to build your own package.

Is the payment based on a one time fee model or do you offer subscription based payments options?

Both! Our Desktop version is a purchased software, which means you only have to pay a one time fee for it. Our Cloud based PMS is subscription based. TCS Software offers subscriptions for our Desktop On-Premise version as well.

What services are included with the software purchase?

Guest Tracker offers full software support. When you purchase Guest Tracker for the first time, you also receive support for software installation and initial setup. Guest Tracker support includes phone and email support, as well as emergency support 24/7. 

 

TCS also offers GoToAssist remote support. Our support services team can assist you with network setup issues, computer system requirements, and printer selections. Support includes the latest updates to your software version.

What support do users receive free and what do they have to purchase separately?

The startup and onboarding of a new Lodge or Campground to our Cloud is included in your startup costs. Ongoing support and services are part of your month-to-month service invoice. Support and services are required and are invoiced yearly. Support and services for your  Guest Tracker Campground Management Software includes phone & email Support, 24/7 emergency support, and routine software updates

How do I order add-on products?

There are two ways of adding enhancements/add-ons to your software. You can either contact us and our support team will assist, or you can build your own package on our Pricing page and request a quote.

Can the campground reports and information be stored on a cloud?

Our Cloud-based reservations management software, GT|Cloud, allows you to access your RV park or campground bookings anytime from anywhere. GT|Cloud is a campground reservation system that can be managed and operated from multiple office locations. Managers and Users can have all the access to the information from home or off property. Are the Desktop and Cloud versions of the software different?

There is no difference in our software products for the Cloud or Desktop Version. One very popular feature with our camping and reservation software is the option to move between our 2 software models. Most campgrounds, once they have efficient internet coverage and wider bandwidth, move to our Cloud based solutions without experiencing any disruption to their daily operations.

Is there a limit to the number of users that can access Guest Tracker?

When using the cloud package, the price will be calculated based on the number of user access accounts specified upon ordering. The desktop version has a network version option available that allows for multiple users as well. 

Can guests book reservations online through my campground website?

Yes, guests can view availability and select arrival and departure dates. The online availability and inventory levels automatically sync to your booking engine in real-time.

Does Guest Tracker software integrate with any accounting packages?

Yes, Guest Tracker integrates with the QuickBooks interface to connect to back-office accounting software.

Can I keep track of multiple separate parks or operations?
