Can the campground reports and information be stored on a cloud?

Our Cloud-based reservations management software, GT|Cloud, allows you to access your RV park or campground bookings anytime from anywhere. GT|Cloud is a campground reservation system that can be managed and operated from multiple office locations. Managers and Users can have all the access to the information from home or off property. Are the Desktop and Cloud versions of the software different?

There is no difference in our software products for the Cloud or Desktop Version. One very popular feature with our camping and reservation software is the option to move between our 2 software models. Most campgrounds, once they have efficient internet coverage and wider bandwidth, move to our Cloud based solutions without experiencing any disruption to their daily operations.

Is there a limit to the number of users that can access Guest Tracker?

When using the cloud package, the price will be calculated based on the number of user access accounts specified upon ordering. The desktop version has a network version option available that allows for multiple users as well. 

Do I need the internet to access campground management software?

Guest Tracker allows you to install the software on your computer for offline access. Alternatively, you can use GT Cloud for online software access, allowing you to manage your campground even when you’re out of the office.
